Job summary

A leading free zone in the UAE is seeking a Concierge Manager to oversee team performance and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the freezone or business setup sector, and a relevant bachelor's degree. Duties include tracking KPIs, submitting reports, and introducing new products. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to 17K AED plus commission.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Track team KPIs and GP by product, analyze trends, and implement solutions to enhance product performance.
2. Prepare, gather data for, and submit required reports to line managers and management.
3. Assess the professional aspirations of each department employee, implement appropriate measures, evaluate staff performance, and provide candid feedback.
4. Introduce new products, packages, and sales strategies to help boost and exceed GP targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role leading a team of 5 or more members.
• Strong knowledge of freezone systems.
• Proven experience in a similar role; experience in the freezone or business setup industry is preferred.
