Job summary

Want More is hiring a Concierge for a luxury resort in El-Ain, Egypt. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide detailed information about facilities and local attractions.

Responsibilities include making dining, tour, and spa reservations; handling inquiries; and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. Accommodation is not provided, and training is available for those without experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and provide resort information.
• Make reservations for dining, tours, spa, and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
