Job description

Palace Butler
Setting: Palace Butler (Complete time # 529761).
Building/Workplace: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
Area: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain availability to provide assistance for any matter pertaining to making the stay of Resort visitors a positive and unforgettable one.
  2. Coordinate with Room Solution for the delivery of fruits for VIP visitors and prepare the VIP fruit baskets, restoring them on a day-to-day basis until the visitor's departure.
  3. Welcome VIP guests upon arrival outside their designated area and provide assistance.
  4. After check-in, present themselves to the visitor, escort the guest to their area, describe area and resort facilities, and provide assistance for the remainder of their stay.
  5. Coordinate baggage handling with Concierge sections for arriving and departing guests to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
  6. Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a pleasant and caring manner according to procedures and standards.
  7. Address all guest requests and concerns in a pleasant and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provide/receive information, and take appropriate actions or refer matters to the appropriate individuals.
  8. Offer personalized wake-up service to the room with tea or coffee as per guest requests.
  9. Assist guests with shoe shining, packing and unloading luggage, gathering and delivering laundry and dry cleaning.
  10. Keep up with all resort promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, and upcoming events to effectively answer guest requests and concerns.
Demands:
  1. Ideally, knowledge of additional languages.
  2. 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
