The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing designing and visualizing architectural projects ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail. Proficient in advanced 3D modeling rendering and visualization using 3ds Max including V-Ray and Corona Renderer for creating photorealistic renderings. Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD for precise architectural drafting and Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM). Experienced with SketchUp for conceptual designs and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) for post-production and presentation materials. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and project management. Strong understanding of rendering workflows lighting techniques material creation and optimizing 3D models for efficient performance.
