Model Engineering Consultants is an engineering and architectural consulting firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with over 50 years of industry experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, concept, and detailed drawings. This role is reporting to the team of the Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of designs (concept/schematic).
• Prepare visual materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Holistic Design Coordination.
• Aesthetic and thorough detailing of design.
• Creation of systematic color and material palettes.
• Creation of detailed working drawings.
• Creating area statements.
• Provide creative inputs to enhance basic functional design.
• Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities.
• Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Excellent skills in Architectural Concept Design.
• Proficiency in design and architecture software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
