Concept Architect

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Concept Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate ideas into inspiring architectural concepts. This role is suited for someone who thrives in early-stage design development and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring bold architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of conceptual designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Translate project briefs and client aspirations into innovative, contextually responsive architectural proposals.
• Prepare visually compelling presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design development, visualization, and technical departments, to refine concepts into feasible designs.
• Research global design trends, materials, and sustainability practices to inform and elevate project visions.
• Participate in design charrettes, critiques, and workshops to support a collaborative and iterative design process.
• Maintain a high level of design quality and consistency across all stages of the concept phase.
• Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural/engineering consultancy in the UAE.
