Job summary

AirQ Limited, an advanced UAV and aerospace technology company, seeks a Head of Composites to lead its growing composite manufacturing operation in Abu Dhabi. You will own end-to-end processes from prep to final release and build a world-class team.

The role demands deep technical expertise in prepreg, infusion, autoclave curing, and process optimization, plus strong leadership to drive cost, quality, and on-time delivery across UAV programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Composite Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in composite manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of prepreg processing, wet layup, vacuum infusion/bagging, autoclave curing, demolding, finishing and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Composites Manufacturing function.
• Own end-to-end composite production process from material prep to part release.
• Develop and scale a composites organization aligned with AirQ's production needs.
