  • Conduct thorough compliance audits of sales processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory departments to interpret new laws and regulations affecting sales operations, translating complex legal language into actionable guidelines.
  • Monitor sales activities and communications for compliance violations, using data analytics to proactively identify potential risks.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and suggesting improvements to sales practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during audits or inquiries, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance-related activities, ensuring records are accurate and readily accessible for audits.
  • Facilitate open communication between sales teams and compliance functions, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical sales practices.
  • Develop and refine compliance policies and procedures specific to sales operations, ensuring they are practical and easily understood by all team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law, with a focus on compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Experience in a sales environment, with a deep understanding of sales processes and regulatory challenges.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills in Spanish or Mandarin considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in compliance software and data analytics tools, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
