etoro is seeking a Compliance Officer to work with the Head of Compliance in the UAE. You will manage assigned compliance activities, monitor regulatory requirements, and advise senior management on policy matters across local and international frameworks.

You will coordinate with regulators, handle inquiries, and contribute to AML/CTF policy implementation and monitoring. The role requires strong communication skills, project management, and a proactive, AI-aware approach to compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant compliance experience in financial services, including with FSRA-regulated firms; deputy role preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with regulators, including FSRA and UAE authorities.
• Able to advise the Board, senior management and colleagues on complex regulatory issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute elements of the local compliance strategy and framework.
• Monitor compliance activities, surveillance, and reviews.
• Provide regulatory guidance to staff and management.
• Handle client inquiries and regulatory referrals.
• Maintain compliance registers and record-keeping.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and filings with the regulator.
