Job Position Compliance Officer Company Name Al Jaber Exchange Location Abu Dhabi A trusted leader in the financial services industry specializing in money transfers and currency exchange Our commitment to integrity transparency and compliance is at the core of our operations We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team and uphold our high standards of regulatory adherence A skilled Compliance Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance preferably within the financial or exchange sector The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet all regulatory requirements and internal policies Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage an effective compliance program Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international regulations including AML AntiMoney Laundering and KYC Know Your Customer policies Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks Train staff on compliancerelated matters including regulatory updates and internal policies Liaise with regulatory bodies auditors and other external stakeholders Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance Requirements Masters Bachelor s degree in Law Finance Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 57 years of experience as a Compliance Officer preferably in the financial services or exchange industry Strong knowledge of AML KYC and other regulatory frameworks Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders Relevant certifications e g CAMS ICA are a plus
