We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee our client’s compliance operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring their organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing risks associated with corporate services and fiduciary activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the integrity and transparency of our client’s business services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to the clients activities.
  2. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's services and compliance strategies.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
  4. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  5. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and management as required.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
  7. Train and educate staff on compliance policies, practices, and ethical standards concerning fiduciary responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Candidates who have previously been approved by the DFSA as CO/MLRO are preferred and will be prioritized.
  2. Fluency in Arabic will be highly regarded.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.
  4. Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the corporate services or fiduciary sector.
  5. Strong knowledge of regulations pertaining to trust funds, corporate and fiduciary services, particularly in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex regulations and their implications for the business.
  7. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to manage compliance effectively within a service-oriented environment.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
