Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain compliance policies aligned with CBUAE requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and adjust internal procedures accordingly.
  • Oversee AML/CFT compliance, client onboarding, and suspicious activity monitoring.
  • Conduct periodic audits and submit required reports to the CBUAE.
  • Provide compliance training and ensure staff adherence to policies.
  • Coordinate with departments and external regulators on compliance matters.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, or related field; AML certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in compliance, ideally in UAE insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of CBUAE guidelines, AML/CFT practices, and insurance operations.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in cross-functional communication.
