Job description

Our client is India’s first Non-Banking Trusteeship company registered with SEBI as a Debenture Trustee.

Over 25 years, they have expanded their client base and now have the largest trusteeship team in India, establishing a reputation as one of the leading trusteeship companies in the country.

They are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional in Operations & Compliance to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth while managing end-to-end operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of corporate laws, and business development experience.

A - Corporate Service Provider
  1. Company / Foundation / Holding Company Business Setup: Assisting clients in establishing LLCs, Branch Offices, and Free Zone Companies.
  2. Corporate Compliance: Ensuring entities comply with relevant regulations and ongoing requirements.
  3. Entity Setup Support: Helping clients set up SFOs, Holding Companies, and Prescribed Companies.
  4. Single Family Offices (SFO): Assisting families in managing SFOs for wealth, investments, and succession planning.
  5. Holding Companies: Facilitating their establishment for asset protection and ownership structuring.
  6. Prescribed Companies: Providing guidance on specific setup requirements.
  7. Registered Agent Services: Acting as registered agent for DIFC entities, ensuring compliance and handling communication with authorities.
  8. Administrative Services: Providing Registered Office, Mailbox, and related administrative support.
  9. Corporate Governance: Acting as Director or Company Secretary, organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and handling mandatory filings.
B - Family Office
  1. Setting Up Foundations: Assisting in establishing Foundations for asset protection and estate planning.
  2. Foundation Documentation: Drafting charters and bylaws aligned with client objectives.
  3. Ongoing Management: Providing administrative support for foundation management.
  4. Wealth Structuring & Business Succession: Advising on wealth preservation, growth, and succession planning tailored to families and individuals.
  5. Legal & Wealth Solutions: Offering personalized advice on trusts, legal frameworks, and wealth management vehicles.
  6. DIFC Wills: Assisting with Will drafting and registration to ensure legal compliance and asset distribution according to client wishes.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Company Secretary with at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, with experience in Corporate Services being a MUST.
