Job description

Experience : Minimum 5+ Years

Salary : AED 15,000 - 25,000 (Negotiable, Subject to Experience)

Mission

Own the end-to-end certification pipeline for all in-house and third-party games, ensuring every title passes testing at GLI, BMM, iTech Labs (or equivalent) and meets the technical standards required for each target licence (e.g., MGA, UKGC, New Jersey DGE, Ontario AGCO).

Core Responsibilities

  • Certification Planning: Build and maintain a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction test matrix that maps every game feature to the latest GLI / BMM / iTech requirements; update it within 24 hours of any regulatory change.
  • Submission Pack Ownership: Assemble and quality-check all artefacts (source code hash, RNG logs, artwork sign-offs, pay-table math, vulnerability scans) before they reach the lab. No incomplete packs leave the door.
  • Lab Liaison: Act as single point of contact for external laboratories: schedule test windows, negotiate turnaround times, track defects, and clear queries within SLA.
  • Internal Readiness Audits: Run pre-cert dry-runs on staging builds; reject any release that fails internal GLI-11 / GLI-19 / GLI-33 checklists.
  • Change Management: Gatekeep production updates; any post-cert code or math change is logged, impact-assessed, and if required, re-certified before deployment.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Produce evidence bundles and attestation letters for licensing bodies; respond to regulator questions within 48 hours.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work daily with Product, QA, Math, Security, and Legal to keep features compliant without slowing delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Automate test-pack generation, defect tracking, and compliance dashboards; target 20% year-on-year reduction in certification cycle time.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in iGaming or land-based gaming compliance, with at least 3 focused on laboratory certification.
  • Proven track record of securing approvals in multiple major jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, UKGC, NJ DGE, AGCO, PAGCOR).
  • Deep familiarity with GLI / BMM / iTech standards, RNG and RTP testing, PCI DSS basics, ISO / IEC 17025 methodology.
  • Strong project-management discipline: can run 10+ concurrent submissions without deadline slips.
  • Excellent document control and technical writing; zero-defect mindset.
  • Confident negotiator and communicator, comfortable pushing back on labs or internal teams to protect compliance.
  • Fluent English; additional language relevant to target markets is a plus.
  • Experience certifying sports-betting platforms (GLI-33) and live-dealer studios.
  • Prior work with Kubernetes-based deployments and secure build pipelines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).

Reporting Line & Location

Reports to: Head of Compliance & Licensing.

Location : On-site in Bangkok, Thailand or Dubai, UAE (regular travel to accredited test labs and regulators 10%).
