Job summary

Lunar Rails is seeking an AML onboarding automation specialist to streamline client onboarding and reduce manual work. You will productise onboarding criteria, set thresholds, and define escalation rules while running KYB tasks and evidence collection for audit readiness.

Focus is on automation, low-code and AI tooling, with close alignment to the Group MLRO. The role emphasizes hands-on ownership and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• A systems thinker who can identify bottlenecks and redesign processes.
• Hands-on operations experience in small-scale setups.
• Comfort with AI tools and building working solutions.
• Ability to justify changes to Compliance and policy teams.

Responsibilities

• Productise onboarding criteria, screening thresholds, and escalation rules.
• Lead KYB collection, remediation outreach, and evidence packs.
• Automate responses, processing, and time-consuming tasks.
• Build scripts, low-code, or AI tooling with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with MLRO and ensure auditability of changes.
