RAKBANK, in collaboration with the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), is proud to launch a dynamic Graduate Program designed to shape the next generation of banking professionals. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Compliance Analyst, you will:

Follow a structured learning pathway tailored to your role in Regulatory Compliance and Governance.
Be mentored by experienced professionals and gain real-world exposure to compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and internal policy enforcement.
Work on live projects that support the bank’s compliance framework and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop a strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and compliance best practices.
