Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic IT professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Role: Complex Director of Information Technology

As a Complex Director of Information Technology, you are responsible for monitoring the operation of all computer hardware installation and maintenance. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Serve as the primary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware.
  2. Maintain licenses for all software and ensure that all systems are covered by proper maintenance contracts.
  3. Maintain a sufficient inventory of computer-related supplies.
  4. Keep logs of all computer hardware and service calls on computer hardware.
  5. Manage configuration records, program files, and data files on the computer system.
  6. Monitor computer software performance and maintain logs of performance reports, errors, integrity checks, system malfunctions, and solutions.
  7. Install and test corporate-approved program changes to the hotel computer systems.
  8. Investigate and report software problems to vendors or MIS regional, area, or corporate offices.
  9. Train selected hotel employees to handle major system management responsibilities in your absence.
  10. Maintain technical and user documentation, system reports, and newsletters.
  11. Complete and distribute a monthly activities report to the Chief Information Officer and the Information Technology department.
