Partner with the best

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the maximization of short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities. Your role involves overseeing the on-time delivery, contract adherence, and payment processes for our offshore customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customer representatives to prepare, execute, and complete all job activities.
  • Utilize the Job Center to comply with the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC), ensuring all activities meet customer and Baker Hughes requirements.
  • Manage changes during the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery Technical teams to provide operational advice related to technical planning.
  • Input and manage job activities, sales orders, job orders, field personnel demand, change management, and customer tickets within the Job Center.
  • Conduct job briefings during planning and debriefings after job completion.
  • Manage services and rental billing using the Job Center ticketing system.
  • Plan mid-range operational activity volume and complexity to align resources for flawless service delivery and on-time delivery.
  • Provide daily operational updates on ongoing job activities as required.
  • Report incidents and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Oversee ongoing operations and support field personnel on location.
  • Manage operations related to your area of responsibility, ensuring objectives and tasks are met.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience in Liner Hangers applications; experience in Completions is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Baker Hughes Liner Hanger systems and Cased Hole completions applications.
  • At least 5 years of prior experience coordinating field operations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to resolving complex customer issues.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work at drill site locations and remote sites when required.
