Take on a key role as a Complaints Management Specialist in the Customer Experience department and be part of this exciting journey of continuous growth and success.

What we expect from you:
  • Handle incoming complaints as a top priority, providing customers with friendly, cheerful greetings and professional service
  • Manage customer reviews from Justlife's Google Business page, Google Play, and App Store
  • Initiate call-backs to clarify customer inquiries as needed
  • Update customers on booking statuses and confirmations
  • Respond courteously and professionally to customer questions and requests
  • Handle escalated urgent complaints from various channels including social media and other departments
  • Coordinate complaint investigations and gather additional information, collaborating with other teams
  • Analyze information from a technical perspective to ensure proper resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses
  • Investigate complaints to identify root causes and appropriate resolutions
  • Keep a complaints log and participate in process improvements
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to interact effectively across levels in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
