This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compensation Benefits Specialist, located in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Compensation Benefits Specialist will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Conduct regular job evaluations using appropriate methodologies to determine job worth and ensure internal equity.
Managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Participate in and analyze results from salary surveys and market benchmarking studies specific to the UAE and KSA to ensure the organization's compensation practices are competitive.
Develop and maintain salary scales, job descriptions, and compensation policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
Review and recommend changes to benefit offerings based on market trends, employee needs, and cost considerations
Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing compensation and benefits data and findings for management.
