Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support patients and clinical staff in daily activities. You will help with mobility, personal care, meals, and hygiene while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

The role requires good communication, basic English, and a patient-focused approach. Prior healthcare exposure is preferred, shifts may include weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient support.
• Basic English proficiency required for daily tasks and instructions.
• Healthcare training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with routine daily activities under supervision.
• Support nursing staff and maintain a clean, safe care environment.
• Observe patients and report concerns to nurses or healthcare professionals.
• Help with meals, mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene as needed.
• Prepare patient rooms and care areas, ensuring privacy and dignity.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Document basic records when required and trained to do so.
• Attend required trainings and follow facility policies.
