Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support licensed clinical staff in hospitals and clinics across Al Ain. You will assist with basic patient care, daily activities, mobility, and safety initiatives, while upholding patient rights in a regulated setting.

The role requires a Diploma in Healthcare Assistance, valid UAE license, and a willingness to work rotational morning and evening shifts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with UAE healthcare exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Healthcare Assistance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in inpatient hospital or OPD preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• UAE healthcare experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and support under licensed professionals.
• Assist patients with daily activities, mobility and comfort measures.
• Support patient safety initiatives and participate in rounding.
• Uphold patient rights and dignity at all times.
• Maintain CSSD items and equipment within the unit.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily unit operations.
• Adhere to infection prevention, quality and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and competency development.
