• Assist clients with daily personal care and routine activities.
• Support clients with mobility, walking, and safe movement when required.
• Help with meal preparation and basic household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Remind clients about scheduled medications according to care instructions.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
• Accompany clients to appointments or other necessary activities when required.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and records.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and organizational guidelines.
