Job summary

Alpha Nero in Dubai seeks reliable Company Drivers to support transportation, purchasing, delivery and logistics needs. You will transport staff to project sites, accommodation, and other locations using 3-ton pickups, vans, light vehicles, and heavy buses.

Required: valid UAE manual driving licence (Cat 3/6 preferred), 2–3 years UAE driving experience, and familiarity with Dubai roads. You will assist with purchasing, document submission, and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid UAE manual driving licence; Category 3 and 6 preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE driving experience.
• Proven experience driving a 3-ton pickup and heavy bus.
• Experience driving vans such as Toyota Hiace and other light vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads.
• Experience with local purchasing, material collection, deliveries, and employee transportation.
• Previous experience in events, exhibitions, fit-out, carpentry, production, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation applications.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate trip sheets and vehicle records.
• Physically capable of supporting loading and unloading when required.
• Flexible, responsible, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport employees safely and on time to project sites, accommodation, and other required locations.
• Drive different company vehicles, including 3-ton pickups, vans, light vehicles, and heavy buses.
• Support local purchasing and collect materials, tools, equipment, and samples from suppliers and clients.
• Submit original invoices, delivery notes, receipts, and other supporting documents on time.
• Assist with safe loading and unloading of materials.
• Stay present during loading/unloading to ensure safety and report damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicles.
• Monitor servicing and maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for use.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily trip sheets, mileage records, and weekly vehicle reports.
• Report traffic fines, accidents, damage, or maintenance concerns immediately.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, hygiene, and respectful behaviour.
• Perform other transportation and logistics duties assigned by management.
