Job description

Act as the first point of contact between tenant/unit owners and community management, liaising concerns and complaints to the PID HOAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Liaise between departments and clients to provide suitable services considering needs, costs, and time constraints.
  • Respond to all internal/external emails regarding feedback, closure, or updates within the agreed timeframe.
  • Maintain knowledge of all property locations.
  • Collect NOC charges, manage move-in/move-out requests, fit-out requests, access cards, and gate passes to ensure revenue is booked on time.
  • Coordinate with facilities management regarding residents' complaints.
  • Prepare and circulate circulars for GC residents.
  • Monitor centralized emails, call center tickets, follow up on urgent complaints, and escalate non-compliance issues to senior management.
  • Attend, prepare, and circulate meeting agendas, conduct committee meetings, and distribute minutes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Certification: M-100 The Essentials of Community Association Management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Owners Association and Community Management.
  • Proven client handling skills with face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of financial accounting and budgeting for strata schemes.
  • Knowledge of business and administrative processes.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
