The Opportunity

As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your Regus centre. You will motivate your team to create a great working environment that ensures customer satisfaction and retention.

A Typical Day at Regus
  • Start with an informal team meeting over coffee to plan the day and prepare for upcoming activities.
  • Greet members and visitors, assist with meeting room arrangements, and ensure facilities and technology are set up.
  • Meet with new members to understand their business needs and introduce them to potential networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for large companies, ensuring all preparations are complete.
  • Engage with walk-in customers interested in coworking memberships, providing tours and information.
  • Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers and regional managers.
  • Conduct a walk-around at day's end, engaging with members and ensuring they have a positive experience.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience and aptitude in managing smooth operations. You should be an accomplished multitasker, proactive in resolving issues, and able to motivate a team to deliver excellent service. Key qualities include:
