Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community health or home care.
• Eligible for or currently holding a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Valid driver's license (UAE or convertible) preferred.

This role is ideal for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about holistic care chronic disease management and supporting patients outside of the traditional hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes including post-operative care wound care medication administration and chronic disease support.
  

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the broader healthcare team.
  

• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols self-care and health maintenance.
  

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians or care coordinators promptly.
  

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with local health regulations and organizational policies.
  

• Promote health and wellness through community outreach education and preventative care.
  

• Support palliative and end-of-life care as needed providing comfort and dignity to patients and families.
  

• Ensure infection control patient safety and best practices in all care delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution (e.g. UK Ireland USA Canada Australia New Zealand South Africa etc.).
  

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community health home care or a hospital setting.
  

• Eligible for or currently holding a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter.
  

• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in non-traditional care settings.
  

• Valid driver s license (UAE or convertible license) preferred due to the mobile nature of the role.
  

• Empathy cultural sensitivity and a patient-first approach are essential.
  

• Willing to work in Dubai
