  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and other UAE legal requirements.

  • Coordinate with in-house teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to uphold high standards of building cleanliness, functionality, and resident safety.

  • Coordinate building inspections, health and safety checks, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., fire safety, pest control, elevator licensing).

  • Monitor and manage all move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and access logistics.

  • Maintain up-to-date resident records, lease information, and incident reports, ensuring data privacy and compliance.

  • Support leasing and renewal efforts by maintaining high resident satisfaction and low turnover rates.

  • Implement and enforce building policies, house rules, and community guidelines consistently and diplomatically.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • RERA Certification or equivalent training preferred.

  • Proficiency in property management software and communication tools.
