What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Community Management is advantageous.
  • A Charismatic Communicator and Proven Community Builder.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring that every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Time-Management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • FIVE-Styled Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drives User Sign-Ups with Relentless Energy, through Direct Outreach, Strategic Partnerships, Unforgettable Events, and Hype-Worthy Referrals.
  • Identifies High-Potential User Groups and Converts Curiosity into Commitment via Cold Outreach, Tailored Demos, and Show-Stopping Pitches.
  • Creates and Cultivates a Buzzing Community both Online and On-the-Ground across Social Media, Forums, Events, the App, and Experiential Touchpoints.
  • Expertly launches Guerrilla Marketing Campaigns, Pop-Ups, or Ambassador Programs to Fuel Local Buzz.
  • Supports On-Ground Teams with Sales Training that Champions Brand Passion, Product Knowledge, and Conversion Confidence.
  • Scouts, Secures, and Manages Local Collaborations with Creators, Influencers, and Like-Minded Brands to take Community Growth to the Next Level.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Team to develop Sensational Content and Assets across Social, Email, and Digital Platforms, while respecting FIVE's Unparalleled Tone of Voice.
  • Monitors and Actively Engages with the Online Community, responding to DMs, Comments, Questions, and Reviews, in a FIVE-Styled Fashion.
  • Gathers Feedback, Flags Issues, and Channels User Insights to Elevate the Product Experience and Roadmap Priorities.
  • Expertly conducts research on Industry Trends, Competitor Strategies, and Emerging Digital Marketing Technologies, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • Acts as a Brand Guardian, ensuring that all written Content and Comments maintain a Consistent Tone, Style, and Messaging across all platforms.
  • Builds and Fosters an Engaged Community who are Active, to Maintain FIVE's Competitive Edge.
