The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences, managing facilities efficiently, and building strong community relations. Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day management of luxury apartment communities ensuring high standards of service and maintenance. - Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep. - Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. - Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts to optimize operational efficiency. - Monitor community performance metrics and report to senior management. - Implement community policies in compliance with legal
