Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with customers, solving problems and ensuring they have everything they need.

A Typical Day at Regus
  • Arrive 15 minutes before opening to prepare the centre and check for missed cleaning tasks.
  • Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, package inquiries, directions, and setting up equipment.
  • Sort mail and handle various customer requests, including notifying customers about packages.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to organize upcoming events, including planning, invitations, and posters.
  • Manage the closing routine by ensuring the centre is tidy and customers are wrapping up their meetings.
About You

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be:

  • A good communicator who can build strong relationships and empathize with clients.
  • Proactive in solving problems and taking ownership.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
  • Confident in using MS Office and basic IT tools.
