Job summary

Keolis in Dubai is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor for the Communications system of the Dubai Metro. You will lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across MSN, TETRA, CCTV, PIS, PAS, and related systems, ensuring repairs meet technical standards.

You will supervise installation, servicing, and repair work in operations centers, depots, stations, and at-track locations, maintaining records in the CMMS and supporting safety and security compliance

Qualifications

• Qualified in electrical/electronics with a vocational diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising technicians in maintenance tasks.
• Familiar with safety and quality practices in engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team for multiple communications systems (MSN, TETRA, CCTV, PIS, PAS, OBS, OCS, WiFi).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and minor modifications on comms assets.
• Ensure use of proper tools and reference to drawings and procedures during repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Provide technical support and train subordinates; conduct performance reviews.
• Perform shift/ Emergency duties and respond to incidents as required.
• Enforce HSQE, information security policies and energy-saving initiatives.
