Job summary

QatarYello in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head of Communications to shape and deliver a strategic communications agenda that supports employee engagement, stakeholder relationships and organisational objectives.

You will lead integrated internal and external communications strategies, partner with executive leadership to drive growth and transformation, oversee brand and reputation, and build a high‑performing communications team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of communications experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading both internal and external communications functions.
• Proven success supporting organisational growth, business transformation or change programmes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience developing governance, frameworks and operating models.
• Team leadership experience with responsibility for developing communications capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
