Job summary

UN Women in Dubai seeks a communications professional to develop and implement the GSCC outreach strategy, producing content for newsletters, social media, and websites. You will ensure branding aligns with UN Women standards and support events with promotional materials and outcome dissemination.

The role requires at least 2 years in PR/communications, proficiency in Canva and MS Office, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field (or a Bachelor's with two additional years of experience).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or advocacy.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design.
• Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, and web-based management systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the GSCC communication and outreach strategy to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Produce and manage content for newsletters, social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity in line with the WEPs brand book and UN Women standards.
• Support planning and communications for GSCC events and campaigns, including materials and outcome dissemination.
• Document and showcase member achievements through case studies, testimonials, and multimedia content.
• Monitor and analyze communication trends and analytics data to identify effectiveness and trends.
