Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Commissioning Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of construction water projects, coordinate commissioning plans, lead pre-commissioning/testing/start-up, ensure HSSE compliance. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the commissioning process from project initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on commissioning activities.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the commissioning phase.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting commissioning activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams and end-users on system operations and maintenance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in commissioning.
