Job Description:

We are seeking a Commissioning Inspector with proven experience in MEP building commissioning, preferably with a focus on green building commissioning, to join our team in Dubai. The role involves conducting site inspections and verifying that tested results are correct.

The ideal candidate:

• Is motivated and self-driven with an entrepreneurial outlook
• Is committed to technical excellence
• Has good relationship-building skills (internal and external)

Qualifications:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building commissioning
• Incorporated Engineer status is desirable but not essential
• Commissioning certifications such as BCA, ACG, or NEBB are desirable but not essential
• LEED GA certification is desirable but not essential
• Experience in MEP Building Commissioning with a focus on Green Building Commissioning
• Ability to conduct site commissioning inspections
• Experience reviewing project documentation for compliance with specifications and industry codes
• Knowledge of LEED, Estidama, BREEAM, and Mostadam standards
• Ability to monitor installation, submittals, and use of engineering tools following project and commissioning guidelines
• Capability to perform site observations regarding installation quality
