Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Commissioning Completion Coordinator in Dubai with over 8 years of experience in oil & gas projects. The role involves interfacing with contractors, supervising a team, and ensuring alignment with project milestones. Strong knowledge of ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology is mandatory, along with fluency in English. This position is residential for a duration of 24 months with a potential extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Commissioning Completion Coordinator with the following details :

Qualifications/Experience required

• Qualification: Engineer or equivalent technical background Professional Experience:
• 8+ years in oil & gas projects with a focus on completions, commissioning, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology in mandatory.
• Knowledge of PowerBI reporting tools is highly appreciated.
• Experience working in a client role interfacing with EPC/EPSCC contractors.
• Language: fluency in English is mandatory.

Job Dimensions

• Act as COMPANY focal point for completions across the PROJECT scope, ensuring alignment with both PROJECT and Pipelines commissioning teams.
• Interface with the EPSCC contractor's completions organization to ensure consistency in methodology, data integrity, and system handover readiness.
• Supervise a team of 3 COMPANY completions support staff and coordinate with contractor counterparts to ensure timely and quality delivery of completion milestones.
• Ensure that all systems and subsystems are tracked, documented, and handed over in accordance with project milestones and COMPANY standards.
