Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking a Commissioning Completion Coordinator to ensure alignment between project and commissioning teams in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in oil & gas projects and will supervise a completion support team. Responsibilities include interfacing with contractors and ensuring that all project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oil & gas projects focusing on completions, commissioning, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of ICAPS methodology is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PowerBI reporting tools is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Act as COMPANY focal point for completions.
• Interface with the EPSCC contractor's completions organization.
• Supervise a team of 3 COMPANY completions support staff.
• Ensure all systems and subsystems are tracked and documented.

Job description

We are looking for a Commissioning Completion Coordinator with the following details :

Location : UAE

Work Status : Residential

Duration : 24 months, subject to extension

Start date : Sep 2025

Qualifications / Experience required

• Qualification : Engineer or equivalent technical background
• Professional Experience :
• 8+ years in oil & gas projects focusing on completions, commissioning, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PowerBI reporting tools is highly appreciated.
• Experience working in a client role interfacing with EPC / EPSCC contractors.
• Language : fluency in English is mandatory.

Job Dimensions

• Act as COMPANY focal point for completions across the PROJECT scope, ensuring alignment with both PROJECT and Pipelines commissioning teams.
• Interface with the EPSCC contractor's completions organization to ensure consistency in methodology, data integrity, and system handover readiness.
• Supervise a team of 3 COMPANY completions support staff and coordinate with contractor counterparts to ensure timely and quality delivery of completion milestones.
• Ensure that all systems and subsystems are tracked, documented, and handed over in accordance with project milestones and COMPANY standards.
