Commis Pastry & Bakery

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, and desserts.
2. Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision and consistency.
3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the pastry and bakery section.
4. Support the pastry chef and team in daily operations and mise en place.
5. Ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of all baked goods.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury F&B concept.
2. Previous international experience is highly preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques.
4. Team player with attention to detail and creativity.
5. Must be currently based in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.
