Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by efficiently managing orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
• Inspect all preparations and plates ahead of serving to meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; keep stations stocked and sanitary with proper food handling and safety protocols
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
