What you will be doing:

• Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
• Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and strive for guest feedback.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Cold Section.
• Culinary education background.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
