Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Commis II, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet set standards and qualities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily operations
  • Working according to menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
  • Maintaining hygienic work areas as per hotel rules
  • Controlling food stock and food costs in your section
  • Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in various sections
  • Following instructions from superiors to complete tasks
  • Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in food preparation
  • Coordinating with other sections on cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
Skills, Education & Qualifications

You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training, with experience in quality establishments and good culinary skills. Proficiency in English and proven knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and preservation are essential.
