Job summary

Rotana seeks passionate kitchen professionals for on-site roles at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the Demi Chef de Partie, assist in daily kitchen operations, and help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

We require 2–4 years in quality establishments, professional kitchen training, and strong teamwork. This full-time position offers a pathway to growth within a leading hospitality group in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a quality establishment

Responsibilities

• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily operations
• Work according to menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
• Maintain hygienic work area according to hotel rules
• Control food stock and food cost in your section
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in main kitchen or satellites
• Follow instructions from immediate superiors to complete tasks
• Ensure highest standards and quality in daily preparation; stay updated on new products and techniques
• Coordinate with other sections on requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

Job Description / Role:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

This position is Based at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
• Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
• Control food stock and food cost in his section
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

Experience Required:

• 2 – 4 years of experience
• Previous experiences in quality establishments
• Proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge
