Job summary

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan Fujairah is seeking passionate Kitchen professionals to deliver extraordinary service and creative solutions for guests. You will support the Demi Chef de Partie, follow menu specs, keep a hygienic workspace, manage stock and costs, and prepare daily mise-en-place across kitchen sections.

The ideal candidate will have a kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training, be able to communicate in English, and demonstrate strong food prep, presentation, and preservation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course completed with experience in quality establishments.
• English communication ability and proven track record in food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily operations and work.
• Follow menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Maintain hygienic work area according to hotel rules.
• Control stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and production in main kitchen or satellites.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete tasks.
• Ensure highest standards and quality; stay updated with new products and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
