Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a skilled Bakery Pastry Chef to prepare and present premium bakery items for outlets and events. The role emphasizes precise technique, quality, and freshness in a luxury hotel setting.

You will support mise en place, maintain product consistency, and collaborate with a dedicated culinary team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. A high standard of hygiene and a passion for baking are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
• Passion for baking, creativity, and a strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within a world-class culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality bakery items, breads, pastries, and desserts in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Support daily mise en place and production to ensure timely delivery of bakery products for all outlets and events.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist in developing new bakery offerings and seasonal specialties.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support operational needs.
