Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. seeks a bakery/pastry cook for our luxury hotel kitchen in the UAE. You will prepare breads, pastries, and desserts, contributing to high-quality guest experiences across outlets.

You will support mise en place, maintain strict food safety standards, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Passion for baking, creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality bakery items, breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Support mise en place and production to ensure timely delivery for all outlets.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist in developing new bakery offerings and seasonal specialties.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and portion control.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all food products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
• Passion for baking, creativity, and a strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining quality standards.

Schedule & Hours:

• 6 days per week over 48 working hours
