Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced bakery/ pastry candidate to join our luxury culinary team. You will prepare and present breads, pastries and desserts to Four Seasons standards, supporting daily mise en place across outlets and events.

The role emphasizes quality, portion control, safe handling, and collaboration with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery experience in luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
• Passion for baking and creativity.
• Knowledge of bakery techniques and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality bakery items breads pastries and desserts in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Support daily mise en place and production to ensure timely delivery of bakery products for all outlets and events.
• Maintain consistency in product quality presentation and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist in developing new bakery offerings and seasonal specialties.
• Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of all food products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean organized and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support operational needs.

What you will do

Schedule Hours

6 days per week over 48 working hours
