Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Commis II, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily operations
  • Working according to menu specifications set by the Chef de Partie
  • Maintaining hygienic conditions in the work area as per hotel standards
  • Controlling food stock and food costs in your section
  • Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in various kitchen sections
  • Following instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks
  • Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in food preparation
  • Coordinating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
Skills and Qualifications

You should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course, with experience in quality establishments and strong culinary skills. Proficiency in English communication, along with proven food preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge, is essential.
