We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Commis I, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations.
  2. Working according to menu specifications provided by the Chef de Partie.
  3. Maintaining hygienic work conditions in accordance with hotel standards.
  4. Controlling food stock and food costs within your section.
  5. Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in various kitchen sections.
  6. Following instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
  7. Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in food preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes, and techniques.
  8. Coordinating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training, with previous experience in quality establishments. Good culinary skills and the ability to communicate in English are essential.
