Job summary

Citymax Hotels UAE in Dubai is hiring a Commis I to handle daily food preparation within the F&B department under the guidance of the chef.

You will ensure food safety standards, assist the Chef de Partie, manage mise en place, monitor stock and costs, and contribute to consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Education Diploma or Level in a Culinary course or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis II in Food & Drink Production in 3 or 4-star resort.

Responsibilities

• Daily food preparation and meeting food security standards.
• Assist Chef de Partie/Exec Cook as per specifications.
• Control food stock and food cost in the section.
• Support superiors and peers in daily operations.
• Maintain high quality and consistent presentation of dishes.
